Sheridan, IN : Atop Pioneer Hill in Sheridan's Veterans Park stands the historic George Boxley log cabin originalliy built in 1828. Boxley eventually settled in this Indiana community after escaping a Virginia jail, accused of fomenting a sabotaged slave rebellion in 1816.
