Pelion, SC : A linear park in Pelion, South Carolina, looking SSW between Railroad Avenue and Main Street (SC-215, SC-302). Presumably this once was a train station or at least train tracks. The wiggly path seems to be designed to reduce the starkness of the view, and perhaps to prevent cars from easily using it. Shot taken January 7th, 2009.
