Pre-natal yoga is at 7:30PM on Tuesday nights and 7PM on Thursday nights. Yoga for stress release is at 8:30PM on Tuesdays and 8PM on Thursdays. Our studio is an intimate relaxing space, we try to make you feel at home and relaxed. If group classes are not your thing, we also offer private lessons - this is yoga your way.
