| Description: | I enjoy serving buyers and sellers in the Misssissippi Gulf Coast and particularly focus in Harrison County, although I am able and ready to assist those with Hancock County needs. One thing that sets me apart from others is that I am an Independent Solo Broker. If I don't have a plan that works for a given real estate need, I can develop one. My hours of operation are the hours you need and the hours I need to get the job done. I do not have a brick and mortar office and conduct a lot of preliminary information by Internet, phone, fax, and text messaging. I am a Vista/Tablet fanatic and use Verizon Wireless, so I can connect to the MLS and Internet almost anywhere. Past clients have found it convenient to conduct the real estate paperwork at the place and time of their convenience. I can supply references upon request. My first year of licensing I felt that being licensed simply was not enough to responsibly assist in buying and selling property/homes so I pursued further education in real estate, acquiring GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute)and studied for broker licensing. I also acquired e-PRO certification and the C-crec designation (Consumer Certified Real Estate Consultant). I believe that few people can honestly "do it all" competently. I network with other professionals and am happy to refer or co-broke as the need arises. | ||||
