Terrie’s House Cleaning is taking appointments, for MANSION’s. This will be for Tuesday’s, Friday’s Sat or Sundays.. I will drive anywhere your residential home is.
I am offering my service to you at a price of $800.00 for a 10 hour shift, for one person.
I have 8 plus years Experience and I am fully Licensed with the State of Colorado and insured, I have many reference.
My thorough cleaning process includes everything on this list and more.
All Rooms
*Clean baseboards, light fixtures, furniture, sills, shelves, and décor.
*Remove cobwebs.
*Vacuum/Mop all floors, carpets, rugs and stairs.
*Vacuum cloth furniture including under cushions.
*Clean glass surfaces.
*Make up or straighten linens.
*Empty wastebaskets.
*Ceiling Fans dusted.
Bathrooms
*Clean showers, tubs, and sinks inside and out.
*Scrub toilet, including bowl, seat, lid, tank, and base.
*Clean, dry, and shine all mirrors, chrome, and tile.
*Damp-wipe cabinet fronts.
*Clean all shelves, fixtures, and items on vanity.
*Deodorize.
Kitchen
*Clean, dry, and shine all appliance surfaces, range hood, and sink.
*Clean stove top, burner grates, and control knobs.
*Wash countertops.
*Damp-wipe cupboard fronts, table, and chairs.
*Clean microwave oven inside and out, including turntable.
*Sink.
*Refrigerator top
*Place dishes in dishwasher.
*Sanitize.
LIVING ROOM
*Cobwebs removed.
*Door frames and pictures dusted.
*Polish furniture.
*Mirrors cleaned.
*Carpet vacuumed.
*Floors washed.
*Vacuum cloth furniture including under cushions
BEDROOMS
*Cobwebs removed, window sills dusted,
*Pictures and mirrors cleaned.
*Carpets vacuumed.
*Bed Changed and Beds made.
It is not cheap to get someone to clean your home, but with me it is affordable.
