I believe that there is not one “general session” for everyone, and just our bodies are unique as is everyone's "sense of pain", I customize and explain every session to meet your individual needs while making sure you are happy with the treatment plan and your results while treating you in the most professional manner. All ‘first time’ client sessions are followed up, as well as special cases to be sure all is well. As I have experienced many levels of pain, I understand the body and what it is like to hurt and/ or be uncomfortable. I am a therapist that only promises a healing session. I offer a place of peaceful ambiance, music that you may choose from – or even affirmations to help with certain needs. I stand by my work as I deliver it from the heart and soul! I have had only great experiences with my own work; and when I personally receive my own sessions, I make a 'mental note' on what to improve to make it BETTER and more ENJOYABLE for YOU! I use only cold-pressed carrier oils and quality therapeutic essential oils that I have purchased from an essential oil distillery out-of-state. These give the best results in any session I perform and also help to reduce pain for later (the next day). Cold-pressed oils also do not have a 'tacky' feeling, which give the "I have to have a shower!" feeling as they absorb into your skin, also having their benefits. *Cold-pressed oils are equivalent to food-grade oils, yet have all the benefits and smell of the fruit, plant and nut they are derived from. They are better for your body and do not add 'extra' toxins that bodywork is expelling. You also do not have the "tacky" skin or are overly-dried after you bathe. These oils are perfect for those with sensitive skin allergies; as I am allergic to mineral oil, lanolin, grapeseed and petroleum that is typically in all lotions. **All Essential Oils are 'climate-controlled' for the Weather to ENSURE therapeutic properties!
