If we run over we begin to pay a daily rate that is in your contract. 3. 10 year home warranty – On closing you will have a ten year home warranty (2-10 Home Warranty program). Commitment to You 1. You will receive a weekly construction update. 2. Show off your home – you will have a dedicated website to send your family and friends. 3. You will receive a postcard quarterly in the first year to ensure that you are completely satisfied. 4. Referral Bonus – You will receive a referral bonus of $1,500 for every homebuyer you refer to Beachfront Development that closes on a home. Commitment to Our Community and the Environment 1.
