Martial Arts for Adults, Teens, & CHILDREN! Our goal is to build our kids from the "inside out". This means that our first goal is to build confidence, self-discipline and self-esteem. Once our students are armed with these characteristics they will participate and apply full effort with the "Yes, I Can" attitude. We also understand your desire to have a child that will use common sense before using his or her skills for self-defense. Our students maintain a healthy lifestyle while maintaining a healthy outlook on life. Martial Arts build strong bodies and strong values. We are proud to help parents develop children who value honesty, courtesy, respect for authority and the ability to say "no" to unhealthy peer pressure. Teens and children will learn to concentrate and focus their energy constructively which results in better school work and grades. Physically, the Junior martial arts classes train in a blend of kickboxing, Tae kwon-do, and in the advanced ranks they practice grappling and weapons training. The classes are high energy, educational, & empowering! Martial arts class teens & adults: West Coast World Martial Arts style is a blending of traditional and modern day Mix Martial Art training. It is a state of art, martial art system for the 21st Century. Our base is Tae Kwon Do, a Korean style of Martial Arts, but our system is now more of a mix martial arts style of Kick Boxing, Filipino stick and knife defense, submission grappling, Chinese and Japanese weapon training, as well as, incorporating practical street self defense techniques. Our goal is not only to develop Black Belts in martial arts but Black Belts in life. Our classes are fun, exciting, educational and empowering for adults, teens, children, and the entire family. Our Adult Mixed Martial Arts program will get you in shape and develop strong self-defense skills. Because our program is goal oriented you will find yourself looking forward to every class. Our professional coaches will keep you on track, provide the necessary motivation and empower you with skills that last a lifetime.
