I have personally taught short sale and foreclosure classes since 1993. We are strong negotiators as a result since we always look at the big picture taking finances and sales price terms into account. We are also adept and proficient and using creative financing tools such as AITD's,Notes, split mortages etc. Lastly, we also use Auctions as a tool to sell home for our sellers who absolutely positively have to sell in a specific time frame for the most money possible. I personally am a licensed auctioneer and my associate Morrie Hansen has over 35 years doing auctions throughout the country.
