Dr. Steven Strauss, a Board Certified Internist with 25 years of experience has joined Dr. Erika Krauss at Manor Medical, 4662 Boston Post Road (Four Corners) in Pelham [(914)-738-7100]. Dr. Strauss brings both excellent credentials and a unique plan to benefit the uninsured. The Manor Plan allows people without insurance to take advantage of his expertise without having to worry how they can afford it. The idea is simple: He is offering his usual medical services to the working uninsured for an annual up-front fee. After the first visit the patient is allowed unlimited visits for only $20 each. At the first visit patients choose between Plan A for $249 and Plan B for $379. Plan B includes a comprehensive physical exam and comprehensive blood tests, including screening for Diabetes and cholesterol; it also includes an electrocardiogram (EKG) and a follow-up consultation to discuss all of the results (Gynecological exam not included). Dr.Strauss graduated from George Washington Medical School with Honors in 1978. He became Board Certified in Internal Medicine in 1982. Dr.Strauss completed his Internal Medicine residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in 1981 and has been in private practice and affiliated with Beth Israel since 1981.
