To all homeowners caught in the current downward spiral of devaluation, I work with banks and lenders to help homeowners restructure their loans to allow for forebearance aggreements, reduced interest rates and reduced principal balances whenever possible. I have worked with over 24 banks and I have a high percentage of success in negotiating to the borrower/homeowners advantage. The time neccessary to complete a forebearance or loan modification averages 90-120 days. All initial consultations are free and payment for my service is based on income and hardship. |
