- In 2003, I formed INI, LLC (Ideas Never Implemented), because I didn't want my "idea" to become another "could have, should have"! Not knowing much about the board game industry, I decided to follow my heart and invest into my idea and dream. As you can probably imagine, the toy and game industry is very competitive. Having no experience in this field – just an idea, I took a big chance. However, through hard work, determination, and support from my family and friends, my idea became a reality. Today, INI designs, manufacturers, and markets entertainment and party products for the Game, Gift, Toy and Adult Industry. From our corporate office in Gaithersburg, Maryland, INI supplies many of the leading retailers and distributors in the USA, Canada, London, Spain, and Australia.
