RipFix is an old family recipe conjured up in the kitchen of a Mom who was tired of looking at the tore up hands of her gymnast daughter. The recipe has been passed down generations and is now being concocted in my kitchen…I was the little gymnast and now am an avid Cross-fitter. There is no better Rip remedy than this. When my daughter started gymnastics and I started CrossFit, I knew it was time to follow in my Mother’s footsteps and make what we use to call “Miracle Cream”. As a kid I said it was a miracle because it literally took the sting out of a hand rip overnight and I could work the bars the next day.
