We blur the line between the two and produce a soup that is abundant with meats and vegetables. At Stewps, we make rich veal stocks, chicken stocks and roasted tomato stocks. We use all fresh vegetables, make our own pasta, bread and even spaetzle by hand. Stewps has been in business since 1999 sticking to the principle that you should focus on one thing and do it very well. Year in and year out all we do is homemade stews and soups.
