We're located just one block away from the Los Alamitos Medical Center in the heart of Los Alamitos, California. Our most popular services are medical billing, physician documentation education and chart audits. We are often called upon to give Documenation Guidelines seminars and hands-on workshops to physicians and other healthcare providers. Feedback to doctors allows them to do a better job and minimize risk to the organization. Through HCC chart audits we have assisted the medical community in recovering reimbursements. We have assisted our clients in creating their own HCC auditing teams to keep the function in-house and control costs. Some of our other services are outsourced coding (both inpatient and outpatient), interim management, reimbursement analysis, compliance audits and revenue cycle training. We are proud to be responsible for the training of many local certified medical coders. Our success is largely due to the vast experience of our instructors. Victoria Menchaca, a Sr. Reimbursement Consultant, is a sought national speaker on topics running the entire gamut of the revenue cycle. Our hours are regular business hours: from 9 am until 5 pm, although we are on the premises many evenings and week-ends teaching medical coding and chart auditing classes.
