You will see my mother Joan and wait staff Nikki, Shirley making sure everybody has a great experience. My nephew Lyle is the cook in the evenings and I’m your cook in the mornings and at lunch. There are a lot things behind the scenes that you won’t know unless we tell you. So here we go, all orders are made especially for you and never precooked. Like your burger rare or well done? We’ll make it like you want it. Our enchilada sauce, hot sauce, Thousand Island dressing, soups and desserts are all homemade. The chicken fried steaks are all hand battered nothing is frozen.
