| Description: | Abigail's Elegant Victorian Mansion is an Historic Lodging accommodation built in 1887 by the Mayor of Eureka, William S. Clark. It was the headquarters of his extensive business empire. Today it serves the traveling public in furnishing a unique lodging experience in an Award-Winning NATIONAL HISTORIC LANDMARK of opulence, grace and grandeur. The mansion has been restored back to it's original 1880's elegance and has been operating as an Inn since 1989. It is an inter-active living-history house-museum that accepts only two or three discriminating couples in search of the rich opulence of the high-style 1890 Victorian Mansion. The Inn is rated 3 Star/Diamond by AAA, Mobil, Frommer's, Fodor's, etc. Rates for double occupancy are $165 per room, per night.
