Ed O’Donnell, AIA and Kurt Dannwolf, AIA established the firm in 2004 to put together their expertise and knowledge in building construction and design/construction management and to put forward with well designed buildings. Service-wise, we cover all architectural project phases from initial establishment of a design concept to construction administration, site supervision and/or turn-key hand over of the finished building. We have a thorough understanding of an efficient project management, a developed time, cost and construction management as well as a time-efficient co-ordination with local building departments and contractors. And we understand the client’s need to have his project expectations met, in terms of time, budget and construction quality. Our project experience includes master planning, the construction of large scale commercial and mixed use projects, renovations and innovative or up-market interior fit outs. We have also worked within historic contexts and building preservation. Since 2004, O’Donnell Dannwolf and Partners, Architects Inc. has grown to a staff of ten and brings together a team of committed and experienced designers, architects, engineers and general contractors.
