| Description: | Located on Highway 101 at the Port of Gold Beach, Oregon, Rogue Sportsman's Realty is the oldest continually operated real estate firm on the southern Oregon coast. We've recently completed an extensive renovation on a 3000 square foot office space in order to provide our clients with the finest business environment in Gold Beach. Established in 1967, Rogue Sportsman's Realty has a full time staff of six agents representing over a hundred years of experience providing competent and professional real estate services. Specializing in Pacific Ocean and Rogue River properties, we offer a wide range of properties, from quaint coastal getaways to large ocean-view ranches. The majority of our clientele over the last ten years have been those looking to relocate to our wonderful community to take advantage of the climate, access to the Rogue River and Pacific Ocean, clean air and water, and abundant public lands and parks. The southern Oregon coast is one of the most scenic stretches of coastline anywhere in the United States and we enjoy a "banana belt" Zone 17 climate which is very similar to that enjoyed in Monterey and Carmel, California without the traffic and congestion of millions of inhabitants. Our area boasts the only occurence of this climate zone north of the California border, which represents the mildest climate found anywhere in the Pacific Northwest. Our office is located at the confluence of the Rogue River and the Pacific Ocean, with direct access to the Port of Gold Beach. During the summer months we are open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. seven days a week. In the winter we are open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and closed on Sundays.
