| Description: | Owned and operated since 1996 by a mother/daughter team, our licensed Home Instead Senior Care franchise is part of an international company that provides non-medical assistance and companionship to older adults so that they can age in place successfully. We have provided services to over 5000 people over the years and employed as many. The assistance we give are things their family would do for them if they could, like making meals, light housekeeping, taking them to their doctor's appointments, monitoring their medications and assisting with bathing and toileting. Around the clock services or three hours once a week, we provide the care needed. The educational program we have for our CAREGivers is extensive, ongoing and mandatory. We believe so strongly in education for our CAREGivers that, continued employment and pay raises are tied to participation in the educational program. We even have a certification program on Alzheimer's Disease that is mandatory. We have grown over the years and now provide services for Snohomish, King, Pierce and Spokane counties. | |
