The 91 degree water of our Hydroworx Therapy Pool enables people to walk or run on a treadmill under water, exercise in a gravity-free/buoyant environment, and experience the healing powers of water. The WSPT Wellness programs include full-service gym programs, Yoga, Pilates, Self-Defense, and Dance classes, Nutrition consulting, and a healthy environment to socialize with other health-conscious people from the Bronx and Westchester. WSPT is on a mission to improve the overall health of the Bronx through exercise, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles. |
