Degree in Home Economics from The Ohio State University in 1982. Elaine, the owner, has acquired outstanding customer service skills from working with companies such as Chevron/Texaco, General Telephone and Electric, and SIRVA Relocation. White Glove Cleaning Service was formed in 1989 in Libertyville, IL. and grew to clean 350 homes/offices a month with 20 employees. In 1992 the company was sold when Elaine moved back home to Ohio. In 2006 White Glove cleaning Service opened their doors again in Chardon, Ohio. "This service has been in business for 10 years and has been widely accepted in Lake and Geauga Counties for it's attention to detail and outstanding customer service". Our Philosophy Providing outstanding customer service and quality of work are our two main objectives. Our employees are carefully screened and hired for work ethic and positive attitudes. "We can teach a person how to clean, but it is almost impossible to teach a positive attitude". After the screening process all employees are put a rigorous training program to learn how to clean, and deliver the level of customer service that our clients expect.
