| Description: | EF Foundation for Foreign Study is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing foreign exchange students to the United States to experience a high school year. We place them in caring homes across the continental US, and monitor them while they are here. We are State Department and CSIET approved, and are the largest private exchange company in the US. Our students come from more than 30 countries all over the world, including Germany, Sweden, Italy, Australia, Korea, Argentina, Japan, Denmark, Norway, China and more. Each year we bring nearly 3,000 students into the US. While EF operates out of our Boston, MA office, we rely on our expansive network of local representatives to help the students find hopes, do well in school and enjoy their time in the United States. We are always looking for more local representatives to join us -- it is a part-time contract position, and our coordinators receive a small stipend. We seek those who are passionate about cultural exchange and knowledgeable about their community to join our team. And we always need caring, generous host families to open up their home. | |
