I have over ten years experience as an IRS Agent (Appeals division, criminal investigation cooperation, field examination audits, office audits). I have served as an expert witness on the government side and on other occasions on the taxpayer side. I represent taxpayers before government agents in audits covering payroll tax, income tax, sales tax, property tax, tax exemption organizations (unions, churches, charities, VFWs, civil organizations), maquiladora issues, foreign income tax exclusions or credits. Tax planning, return preparation and taxpayer representation are the core nature of my business. I have previously been licensed as a financial representative series 6, 63, 69, series 7 as pertains to money markets, IRAs, and retirement planning.
