Situated in a private, wooded area in Old Oak Brook, our unique facility provides a quiet, tranquil setting for our clients. At LifeWork we help our clients facing personal difficulties find solutions that work. Our highly professional and compassionate counselors use evidenced-based standards in practice. Our clients often arrive early to relax and enjoy the view or sit by the fireplace. Counseling can take the form of an individual setting, couples, or entire families. We treat all ages and employ a variety of techniques to promote change. Creative interventions are used to engage children and teenagers in therapy including play, drama, media, and narrative approaches. In 2009, LifeWork launched "Partners With Parents", a psycho-education and support program for parents. Every month we will tackle an issue relevant to parenting.
