| Description: | We are a rural used-book store which also sells some new books, gift items and gift baskets. Our business is run by a woman and her three daughters, who are all avid readers and willing to stop and talk shop when visitors arrive. We're a bit out of the way, but our prices are worth the effort to find us. We can also special order books. Small groups (book clubs, church groups, Red Hat Ladies, etc.) frequently meet at Ruby's, and classes in various crafts are held. We opened in August 2007. Our hours are 10-6 Wednesday through Saturday. If you're looking for a huge Barnes and Noble atmosphere, you won't find it here, but you will find friendly people, a cozy spot to read, and lots of books at good prices to examine. | |
