Alex Rion started in real estate in 2000, though he has spent a lot of time in the housing and real estate industry as a construction superintendent. He also spent a few years working as a district property manager for a national REIT (real estate investment trust). He's a great negotiator and, because he spent years in the construction industry, has a great eye for potential in homes. Alex is the managing broker at Rion Real Estate. Kathryn Rion first obtained her real estate license in 1998 to work with a property management company but soon made the move to work in the residential real estate sales part of the industry. Since then she's been working with buyers and sellers - from when they first start looking at homes or start thinking about selling all the way through their successful closing and beyond.
