| Description: | Tango Real Estate was created by my business partner, Kim Stone, in 2001 after she had renovated 2 historic homes by herself, and 1 with me. Two years later I become a licensed broker and joined another firm, so she soldiered on alone, continuing to renovate homes while helping people purchase and sell their homes. I stayed with my original company for more than 5 years, helped many relocation clients and buyers to find homes, and listed and sold homes throughout the area. This year I joined Kim and became a partner in Tango Real Estate in May 2008. We work very well together, as she likes to list homes, I like to work with buyers and relocation clients, and we both love homes inside the Raleigh beltline. We certainly sell and list in other areas around Raleigh, and have wide knowledge of the Triangle and its many neighborhoods. Our office is located in the heart of the Blount Street Historic District. We are both members of Preservation North Carolina and Capital Area Preservation. We are very moral people and try hard to take the best care of our clients, while keeping the process light and fun. | |
