| Description: | Hello my name is Hugh Johnson, Certified Home Inspector, and I own Inspect Key West Inc. My most importantly qualification is that I am trained in the use of an infrared camera. This tool allows me to see more, and helps you understand what is happening in your building. I have passed qualification courses offered through National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and Environmental Solutions Association. I have successfully completed the My Safe Florida Home, Wind and Hurricane Mitigation Inspector Training Course, at the University of Florida. I have over thirty years experience in the housing industry. In addition to infrared inspections, reporting and consulting, I test for mold, allergens, asbestos, Carbon Monoxide, methamphetamines & lead. I also have a BA in Economics.
