• Associated Real Estate was found in 1955 by it's original owner Hyman Adler. I became associated with the company in 1973 as a second career agent, it was the only real estate company that was intergrated since it inception. Real Estate became my passion and I decided to leave my full-time job as a phamaceutical saleman and pursue Real estate as my full-time career in 1976. I took every course related to real estate I could take. I earned my Brokers license and became a associate broker. In 1979 the owner decided to retire, I purchased the company and added a Century 21 francise to improve our marketing and training. The company grew from 20 agents to 100, After years of success, the market and industry has changed and the internet has made a big difference how we do business. We have always been focused on providing quality service to our Client and Customers and going beyond what is expected of us to do. "Under promise, Over Deliver". To create a customer life. We provide Full service residential and commercial brokerage. We are always look ahead at what new trends that will take place in our industry. We were the first in our area to have a Kiosk in one of the major shopping malls, with video of the homes we had on the market. We have established a new website to provide services to for sale by owners. We have several websites, that consist of a main company site and two community sites in Randallstown and Columbia, Maryland. The internet has allow us to cut the number of agents and to provide more services faster than ever before. After thirty five years in the real estate business, I'm as excited about the busineess as ever. We serve Baltimore county, Baltimore city, Howard County, Anne Arundel County, Carroll County, and Harford County. We service move-up buyers and sellers, first time buyers, and provide relocation services. we believe in providing free information to anyone at any time weather they buy from us or not. What makes us different and better than our competition is that as the broker I'm personally involved with every transaction the way real estate companies of old were run. Companies have become so big and the industry has become sgent oriented. The brokers are off someplace other than supervising agents, and in some cases glorified agents have been made managers,that unforunately they don't have the expertise themselves. To give the best service possible even through things have changed, you still have to be high touch with your agents and your clients and customers. We have always represented banks, that have foreclosed properties to dispose of. When the market turn down this has become a major part of our business. After all the mergers that have occured in the real estate industry, there are not many Brokers or agents that can say that they are still with the same company that they started with thirty five years ago and have kept up with the changes our the industry and world and stand ready to provide better service than ever to its clients and customers.
