We offer a 14,000 sq. ft. facility dedicated to being the "BEST", most equipped, and most knowledgeable fitness center in the area. Staffed from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday and 6:00am to 1:00 pm on Saturday with certified trainers and a nutrition consultant, we make it our business and our only business to help you achieve your goals in health and fitness. Amenities include men and women saunas, fully equipped women's only room with private sauna, showers, restroom, and strength training and cardio equipment, racquetball room, private showers, pilates classes, Yoga instruction, Tai Chi, free nutrition consulting, and certified trainers. We also have a childrens room that has closed circuit TV that can be monitored at by various TVs throughout the gym area. Martial Arts is also offered. A Shaolin Kempo style for kids and adults that teaches confidense, self control, and character. | |
