| Description: | Union County Housing Authority rents HUD low-income apartments for low-income families with 122 mixed families units which consist of 0ne, two, three and four bedrooms. Our units are equiped with central heat and air, gas ranges,Refrigerators, ready for washing machine hook up, cloths line, including electricity and water. We have a Maintenance Department of three staff members one Supervisor, two Maintenance Mechanics to take care of all repaires and on-call Maintenance man in case of an emergency after hours, on week ends or holidays. we also, have three member administrative staff, the Executive Director which over sees the day to day operation of the Authority and reports to a Board of five Commissioner, a Housing Manager and an Administrative Assistance. We have no vacants at this time due to a long waiting list. Eligibility for housing will be determined on LandLord history reports, credit history reports and criminal back ground checks. Notice will be ran in local news paper when apartments are available. | |
