| Description: | Hello this is Lori the owner, I am gay of course and I opened this bar 26yrs. ago. I didn't know at the time I was opening a somewhat gay bar not really being a full fledged gay bar but definitly alot of gay women where coming in. It is a nice, quaint, small, easygoing bar. There is a beer garden also, which comes in quite handy on those rainy nights. We also have alot of cookouts.Since the parking lot is right outside the garden as well, we also have alot of fund raisers, parties and etc. in the parking and/beer garden. Like most midwester towns I am in a very small town so even though gay women are not looked down on in here, we also do not show to much public display of affection. But it is a great place to meet people and as we as sisters go up there and become steady we can go further with things of our own, even outside the bar when needed. I just think it is a great feeling of having somewhere to go and be excepted and meet people, and being in Fulton county where there is nothing for us sisters its a start for everyone to meet and everyone having a good time. The prices are riduculously cheap, most all drinks are a one on one[like rum and coke etc..] Yet if you have a certain drink you like and we don't know it just let us know and it will be made right and I bet you'll be surprized at our prices. Anyway our hours are from 6am to 2am.. The bar will be going through some updates soon,inside and out. We have pool, shuffleboard, and one hell of a jukebox. We also have free pool on Wed. and free jukebox on Fridays and drink specials throughout the week. So anyway women Fulton county,IL needs a place for us all to gather and have fun so please come by and see us tell your friends,and if we all come togather and get some thoughts togather maybe we can have a start of what maybe become a great friendship and a start of a place where we can all hang out. It is just 1/2 of a block off main street at the corner of main street and Euclid. Right behind the Rocket [another tavern]but not where we are really welcome. Just remember the Spoon River Tap.
