You can just come up to avoid the summer heat. My favorites are skiing and fishing. Angel Fire is a small town where you can really know your neighbor. I find myself selling the town, the people and the area as much as the real estate. You can purchase property here much cheaper than most resort communities in Colorado. Do your homework though. New Mexico real estate can be pricier than Texas and Oklahoma. Many of our property owners are from those areas. I was born and raised in Amarillo. Come visit the area and see if it fits you.
