| Description: | The Prairie Rose Café is quickly becoming the premier “Catfish” eatery in the entire North Texas and Southern Oklahoma area. We have dedicated customers from as far away as Fairbanks, Alaska and Key West, Florida not to mention several guys from Australia that frequent our small town two or three times a year and never miss a meal here. We have been honored with the coveted “Four Forks” award (their highest rating) by the Wichita Falls Times and Record News, of Wichita Falls, Texas(our nearest large city) with a readership of nearly a million people. We also are known world wide for our Burgers. This Year we will be hosting the World Cheeseburger Championship which most surely we will win. Our steaks are marinated in a top secret fashion that we are continually offered good money to divulge.
