He has represented: AC/DC;STYX;Billy Joel and was the first attorney to be hired to defend the civil claims in the largest wrongful death case in Utah..the Wilberg Mine Disaster. He was retained to be , as his law licenses provide, a Solictor in Chancery representing the target defendant in the largest action in Chancery in the history of Ireland. (See, In re: County Glen). Formerly, a Special Agent with the United States Department of State (DSS), he has traveled to over 40 countries. One of his temporary assignments was to the Justice Dept. Nazi War Criminal Task Force where he was assigned to locate and arrest John Demanjuk (Ivan the Terrible).(He did not find him!) Having tried over 108 civil trials with a 91% success rate and criminal cases with a 84% success rate, he is not without savvy in the courtroom. He is currently General Counsel of the Barack H. Obama, Sr, Foundation, based in Nairobi, Kenya. It is a charitable organization started by President Obama's brother, Malik.
