During the time period of 1984 – 2009, PMA has been a sole proprietorship, a private corporation, and a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). PMA PURPOSE: The purpose for the organization is to provide professional consultant services for potential clients (non-profit and for profit) for multi-cultural education and training, strategic planning, business analysis and restructuring, project development and evaluation, feasibility studies, management and staff training, counseling and mentoring, performance assessments, marketing and sales, customer service, and recently, assisting entrepreneurs in starting their own businesses (e.g., developing business plans, securing venture capital, etc.). PMA ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE: The title of PMA denotes that a group of executive managers (EMs) network together to provide professional services for local, regional, national and international clients. Many of these EMs are CEOs or executive managers within their own respective companies. Each EM is an expert in their field of work (e.g., accountants, finance specialists, lawyers, information systems specialists, educators, manufacturing GMs, health specialists, etc.). PMA INTERNATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS: PMA has served as a corporate and education consultant agency for international organizations in the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Hong Kong, Peoples Republic of China, Zimbabwe, Chile, Italy, Bahamas, Costa Rica, Canada, and throughout the United States of America. In the United States of America, PMA has conducted seminars on "How to Conduct Business in the United States and Other Countries" for the Institute of International Education, The World Information Network, the World Center for Development and Training, and for embassy personnel in Washington, D.C.
