At Crossfit Johnson City we utilize a group, semi-private personal training setting. It creates a competitive team atmosphere. We use Workout of the Day (WOD) programming so that each day your workout is different and ever changing. The WOD focuses on "Crossfit's ten recognized fitness domains of: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
Crossfit Johnson City's program is broad, general and inclusive. At any give time you may walk in and see a mixed martial arts fighter working out with a grandmother. Our class times are M-F 7a.m., 8a.m., 5:30p.m., and 6:30p.m. Saturdays we have a class at 9a.m. Your first class is always free. After the first class each member must take a beginner's class in which we go over all our movements for the WOD's. Members are always under the guidance and supervision of a trainer.
