| Description: | The Art of Healing Yoga Studio and Healing Center has a class for every age and body type. We range from beginner and gentle classes to vigorous and advanced classes. All postures can be modified to fit your level of strength and flexibility. We can work with most old and current injuries and physical handicaps. Many people ask what the benefits of yoga are. There are too many benefits to describe in a short period of time. I suggest that students contact myself or one of the other intructors to receive a more detailed description of what Yoga can do for you. The Art of Healing also provides Group Yoga Therapy and individual Yoga Therapy. Yoga Therapy gives students tools to overcome high levels of stress, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and PTSD. I teach Yoga Therapy strictly from my own experience and what worked for me. I have healed through Yoga and I know it has changed my life to something more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed of.
