| Description: | I am an independent real estate broker who focuses on real estate investment and real estate investment education. I have held my real estate license in the state of Utah since 1998, and became a broker in 2003. Although investment was always my interest, I was involved in the retail side (i.e., listing and selling for other people) until 2006, when I became a full-time investor. I now have a network of fellow investors who notify me of their wholesale deals, properties they are willing to lease option, and discounted properties that they are acquiring through REO purchase, short sale and subject-to strategies. Knowledge of many real estate investment strategies and how they work as well as state and federal real estate regulations puts me in a favorable position to assist the new or busy investor to close on profitable investment transactions.
