IMPS offers specialized Pilates equipment classes. IMPS has Balanced Body equipment including 3 reformers, 1 trapeze table, and 1 combo chair. Classes are offered M 8:00am - 7:15pm, T 6:00am - 6:30pm, W 3:30pm - 7:15pm, TH 6:00am - 6:30pm and Sat 8am - 10:15am. All classes are directed toward beginners, intermediate, and advanced Pilates students. Receive a 40-minute complimentary introduction. Group Classes are offered to every age (12+), ability, and gender. Postrehab - sports gurus. Add balance to your life, along with flexbiility, and toning. We have add SILVER PILATES which is directed towards 50plus who need extra hands on assistance. Directions to the studio: take the Dyersville exit off Hwy 20, turn north (right) onto Hwy 136, turn right onto 15th Ave, take first right and then left into the parking lot of the National Farm Toy Museum. The studio is located inside the 2nd racquetball room. Jenny Wulfekuhle, MA, ATC/LAT is the owner of the studio. She received her Pilates certification from Polestar Pilates in April 05, received her master's degree in Athletic Training/Kinesiology from San Jose State University in May 2004, and received her bachloer's degree in Athletic Training/Kinesiology from Quincy University in May 2000. | |
