| Description: | Century Family Practice is a rural health clinic that is located in the old Century Memorial Hospital Building in the historic district of Century, Florida. We have been one year in the building and are providing a wide array of quality, affordable medical care to the area. We are now offering after hours medical care five nights a week. We accept most insurances and provide a sliding scale for personal pay patients. We believe that everyone deserves quality healthcare. We provide the majority of indigent medical care in three counties. If you are ill we will not turn you away due to financial issues. We are staffed by a board certified family physician, two advanced registered nurse practitioners, a physician's assistant and a social worker. Laboratory and radiology services also available. We are trying to revitalize the Century historical district. Everyone is welcome. | |
