| Description: | Disaster Recovery Specialist Paradigm Solutions is seeking a Disaster Recovery Specialist to support our federal government customer in Clarksville, Virginia. In this role, and under minimal direction, the successful candidate is responsible for working with the client and members of account team to develop and implement Service Continuity Management services in line with the contract. Responsibilities also include but are not limited to coordination and development of interoperability of IT DR services between enterprise data centers; management of the client’s IT DR planning and testing activities, both during DR planning & testing activities, as well as in the event of a true disaster; management of Data Center account COOP, Contingency and Business Continuity plans and activities. Candidate Qualifications: • Non-certified or ABCP certified, working towards full CBCP certification • Data Center IT experience, preferably engineering level experience and with products directly supporting DR • IT Disaster Recovery Experience Required • Federal government experience, a plus • Federal COOP knowledge preferred • NIST familiarity a plus • Technical writing experience a plus Company will consider relocation costs for this position!
