| Description: | Kenfections Gourmet Cakes is a locally owned company in the Charlotte/Concord area that features ONLY customized designs for clients that are looking for one-of-a-kind creations. Our most popular cakes include the dozens we've done for kids birthdays, television personalities & Jimmie Johnson to name just a few. The business has grown from a hobby that Ken(the owner) hijacked from his wife who basically dared him to try it because of his previous baking experience in the gourmet style donut industry. Kenfections only delivers in the greater Charlotte area for now but demand is stretching that boundary as far as Virginia & Georgia. What differentiates Kenfections from our competitors is that everything is Gourmet & custom, and everything has a purpose down to the tiniest detail, much like what you may have seen on the television program, Ace of Cakes on the Food Network. We do have a website where you can learn more about us but a retail location is not in the plans. Kenfections has it's own proprietary blend of butter cream frosting that many of our repeat clients ask for "an extra side" with each cake.
