Eastwood Christian Academy has a wonderful opportunity to train your children to become responsible young men and women for the Lord.
It is our goal to maintain and build upon the high academic standard and spiritual training offered to those who will attend our academy. We strive to accomplish this goal in a safe Christian atmosphere. We hope you make the right choice in enrolling your child at ECA.
Every student must pay the required non-refundable registration fee for each year of school. The registration fee will only be refunded if the school is unable to accept the student, or if a job transfer has occurred, forcing the family to move out of the area.
After a receipt of registration forms and fee, our office will set an appointment date for an interview with the administrator and all new students.
Our School, which is a ministry of Eastwood Baptist Church, is a non-profit organization. It is not in our intent to make money. Our teachers are hired on a ten-month basis and are dependent on the prompt payment of tuition from each school family.
The tuition is payable in ten monthly payments. Payments are due the 15th of each month starting with August 15th and ending with May 15th. Any late payment is charged a $10.00 fee per student each month. All returned checks would also carry a $25.00 service charge. Returned checks will not be re-deposited at any time. No account will be permitted to be more than 15 days overdue. Children will not be permitted to attend class until the delinquent account is paid. Full-time pastorates qualify for a discount.
If a student if financially withdrawn more than twice in a school year, he or she will not be able to return to school and will lose credits for the current semester.
Report cards will not be released for any student when there is a balance owing on the student's account. No student will be permitted to graduate from this school until all tuition and fees are paid up to date.
