We will also set up a termite inspection with a local pest control company at no additional charge. Our thorough reports contain many digital photographs so any major defects we find can be reported explicitly. We email the full report in a PDF file to the client and his agent. We also deliver a hard copy of the report along with a book on "Home Systems" to the first home buyer. Our inspectors encourage client participation in the inspection and gladly answer all questions. We cover the city of St. Louis and the counties of St. Louis, St. Charles and Jefferson. We carry business liability and errors and ommisions insurance which cover the realtor as well as the buyer or seller. We also offer a free 90 day warrantee to the buyer, offered through Brinks Security, that begins the day the property is inspected. | |
