Choosing where you go for Physical Therapy is crucial to how soon, and how well you recover. Our staff is driven by your need to get well and are committed to making your rehabilitation a positive and up lifting experience. Hours of operation are: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00am-8:00pm Tuesday 2:00pm-8:00pm Thursday 4:00pm-8:00pm Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm Cornerstone Physical Therapy participates with many Health Insurance Plans, HMO's, PPO's, Worker's Compensation Networks and No-Fault Plans.
