Dan have been passionately interested in energy efficient design since 1977. Alternative Energy systems such as Passive and Active Solar Design, Photovoltaic, Geothermal, and Wind Energy are more viable with increased energy costs. In 1981 Dan started his career in commercial architecture in Denver, Co. This experience developed Dan’s ability to analyze requirements and develop successful solutions for design and construction of various commercial projects. Dan transitioned to custom residential architecture in Sun Valley, Id., where he started his own architecture/development business focusing on all aspects of design and construction, including Retail, Industrial and Residential. In 1995 Dan Purchased development rights for Quizno’s restaurant franchises. Dan had eight years retail franchise development experience while specializing in resturant design.
