- As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide services to adults, children, families and couples. Using traditional psychotherapy in conjunction with Somatic Experiencing® techniques allows me to be more effective than through using talk therapy alone. This means that both your body and your mind can work together towards healing. My style is empathic, accepting, and gentle. We will work together at a pace that allows you to work through the healing process without becoming overwhelmed. You already possess internal strengths that support your healing, and we will identify those as a foundation for your work. I serve the Bay Area cities of Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, San Ramon, Fremont, Danville, Hayward, and Castro Valley. Some of my specialties are trauma, grief, loss, and long-term illness, parenting issues, depression, anxiety, anger, and irritability.
