| Description: | We are a computer repair and sales business. Family owned by a retired U.S Army SGM. We understand doing a job and doing it RIGHT! This is not our hobby or summer job. This is what we do for a living so doing the job right while perhaps not as cheap as the work done by someone who fixes for a hobby or for extra summer cash, is done correctly with no short cuts. 99% of our business comes from satisfied customers sending their friends and family to us. Our speciality is digging out all those nasty viruses and spyware that computers pick up. We send each computer home with a full explaination in plain english as to what was wrong and how we fixed it and how the owner can prevent the problem from coming back. We also sell made to order computers so that the buyer gets what they want. As our computers are made here in the U.S.A our customer service people speak english and getting tech service doesn't require being routed to another country. We keep a select amount of parts on hand because we do repairs on all makes and models of computers. Parts such as power supplies, hard drives, USB hubs, etc and the usual keyboards and mice ranging from economy to wireless. If a customer wants or needs a product we don't have on the shelf we will find it for them and offer them the choice of new, refurbished or recycled as is possible. Our newest piece of technology is for the family pet. HOME AGAIN MICROCHIP KITS can be pre-ordered or when we can keep them in stock, bought off the shelf. We order a few the end of every month and get them in within a week to 10 days. We do work with people whose computers have been damaged in home fires/flooding etc and need claim paperwork filled out as to the damage done to their system. We welcome out of state customers who are experiancing computer glitches on the road. We can also sign you up for internet service both dial-up and high speed. We offer free coffee, candy and conversation to anyone who wants to come in and talk computer. We promise to talk plain english and not "tech" you to death. We're located at 1044 Illinois Street and we're opened from 10 AM to 5 PM Monday Thru Friday Excluding federal holidays. We do recommend that you call before coming down because we are a small family run business that does give personal service. So if a job requires more than one set of hands we have to temporaily close the shop to take care of business. | ||||||||||
